Need help? Contact your school admin/bursar through the Messages screen for child-specific issues.
For finance issues: use
Messages and select the relevant school conversation.
For attendance corrections: submit a reason from the Attendance pages and monitor pending/approval status.
For portal access issues: update profile/notifications under Settings or contact your school administrator.
